PROVIDENCE, R.I. – The American Athletic Conference Cross Country Championships is set to commence in Memphis, Tennessee, as 219 athletes from the conference’s 12 member institutions will race at Shelby Farms Park on Friday, Nov. 1. The men’s 8K race starts at 10 a.m. CT/11 a.m. ET, while the women will run the 6K course at 10:50 a.m. CT/11:50 a.m. ET. The championships can be viewed live on Facebook via the American Digital Network.
Defending 2018 women’s individual champion Winny Koskei of Wichita State returns to defend her crown (21:51.96 winning time from 2018) from a season ago in New Orleans.
