The Alabama Crimson Tide weren't as impressive as many expected, but they still rolled to an easy 31-3 victory over Chattanooga. The game essentially served as a glorified scrimmage for Alabama, and while the offense didn't look great all the time, they did more than enough to win the game. Jalen Hurts got Alabama on the board with a 47-yard TD pass to Calvin Ridley.
Hurts followed that with a 1-yard TD pass to Gehrig Dieter on the next drive.
Damien Harris put the game away in the third quarter with this 25-yard TD run.
Hurts capped the game with his second 1-yard TD p ass to Dieter.
