Jermaine Burton helped the Georgia Bulldogs win a College Football Playoff National Championship in 2021 and performed well in spring practice for Alabama as a transfer wide receiver.

According to Pro Football Focus, he is one of seven players listed as the biggest breakout stars for college football this season by position. Burton played 14 games for the Bulldogs last year, totaling 26 receptions for 497 yards and five touchdowns. He caught 27 passes in 2020 for 404 receiving yards and three scores.
