Through nine games, Alabama's only played two true away contests. Of course running back Bo Scarbrough said Bryant-Denny Stadium is his favorite place, but he couldn't hide the smile talking about his love of playing in someone else's yard.
He'll get that chance at 6 p.m. CT Saturday when the No. 2 Crimson Tide heads to Mississippi State in an always hostile environment.
Scarbrough's fondness of the road isn't exclusive to the respectful ringers in Starkville.
"I like to make their fans mad when we come in and win," Scarbrough said. "Everyone wants to beat Alabama, so when we come there it's like a playoff game.
