Alabama football is graduating just one marquee player from its secondary to the NFL Draft: Patrick Surtain II.
Everyone else returns and it also brings in a new group of talented freshmen. He arrived as a four-star recruit in 2020, but Malachi Moore ended the year as one of the most consistent players. A native of Trussville, Ala., Moore constantly attacked the football and forced four turnovers. He carried a team-high three interceptions and returned a fumble recovery for a touchdown.
He did not record a sack, but Moore filled up other areas on the stats sheet.
