Following what will now be known as one of the legendary days of coaching feuds in the history of the SEC, the relationship between Nick Saban and Jimbo Fisher appears to have reached the point of no return.
Fisher gave an alarming press conference the morning after Saban had stated that Texas A&M had “bought every player” in its last recruiting class where he called the seven-time national champion “despicable,” a “narcissist” and hinted at Saban having some skeletons in his closet himself.
After a great deal of analysis with several different perspectives on who was right and wrong, the one thing that’s certain is that the two are far from the friendly terms they used to be on.
