UA reserve offensive lineman suspended from team after DUI arrest

Hunter Brannon won’t dress out with his teammates for a while.

The redshirt freshman offensive lineman was arrested Sunday morning for driving under the influence, following Alabama’s 58-21 win over Tennessee. Information on Brannon would be released from the Tuscaloosa Police Department and as always, Crimson Tide head coach Nick Saban has to collect all evidence before making his final verdict.

Despite mot seeing action on the field, the former three-star has been “suspended from the team” according to Saban on Wednesday. Prior to arriving on campus in 2017, Brannon was one of the top offensive linemen in the state of Alabama.
