LAKE BUENA VISTA, Fla. | Retin Obasohan hit a circus layup in traffic with eight seconds left in regulation to help the University of Alabama secure a stunning 74-73 upset victory Sunday over No. 17 Notre Dame in the fifth-place game of the AdvoCare Invitational.

Obasohan finished with 19 points on 8 of 19 field goals while adding 5 assists, 3 rebounds and 3 steals.

“Unbelievable victory for us, playing against a terrific Notre Dame team, well coached,” Alabama coach Avery Johnson said.
