On ESPN, the Heisman Trust will be awarding the most iconic award in collegiate athletics to one of four esteemed football players, potentially one of Alabama’s own in DeVonta Smith or Mac Jones. At the same time, ESPN2 will be showcasing Tide Hoops, which will be going head-to-head with the Florida Gators for the outright lead in the SEC standings.
Some breaking news on the latter event: Jahvon Quinerly will not play tonight due to “a medical condition”. There hasn’t been much more information released other than that vague description, so let’s hope that everything is ok regarding the young point guard.
