Alabama opened as a 12-point favorite over Florida in the SEC championship game, but the line quickly has climbed to 17.
But that is not the biggest spread in SECCG history; that would be the 1995 game, in which unbeaten Florida was a 24-point favorite over a three-loss Arkansas team. The Gators covered, by the way, winning 34-3, then went to to get hammered by Nebraska in the national title game.
