Alabama head coach Nick Saban updated reporters on quarterback Bryce Young. The junior did not play against Texas A&M because of an AC joint sprain to his throwing shoulder. He participated in pregame warmups, but Young did not throw any passes. Saban said the reigning Heisman Trophy winner ‘will be re-evaluated’ today, and the team is hopeful that he will play.
One Tennessee fan wants Young on the field Saturday at Neyland Stadium.
According to the GoVols message board, Foreigner Vol wants Young to get intentionally hurt via a late hit penalty.
