The For the Church website published by Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, deleted articles by Joshua Jenkins, pastor of Hope Baptist Church of Springfield, Missouri, a Southern Baptist Church. Jenkins is a vocal critic of Neo-Marxism in the Southern Baptist Convention and of SBC president J.D. Greear.
“I am an SBC pastor in Missouri – same state as MBTS, and it is troubling that dissenting opinions within the SBC are shut down,” Jenkins said on Twitter. “I can’t be the only one.”
