Alabama football fans received great news in Monday’s media availability.
Pete Golding, Alabama’s defensive coordinator, spoke to reporters in Dallas, Texas. He provided insight on several topics, but Golding also updated the status of cornerback Jalyn Armour-Davis. The redshirt junior missed three games, including matchups against Auburn and Georgia. He has been bothered by a hip injury, but the Mobile (Ala.) native has been the Crimson Tide’s most consistent corner. Armour-Davis recorded 30 tackles, four pass breakups, and three interceptions through 10 games.
According to Pro Football Focus, he ranks at No. 43 for cornerbacks.
