Pair of injuries affect Tide after first preseason scrimmage

Here we go again.

When it had quite a few linebackers suffer injuries last season, the prayer from those highly invested in Alabama football was no more medical mishaps. To the dismay of that request, two players have sustained injuries in fall practice but both don’t seem to be of the season-ending variety.

Upon speaking after its first scrimmage of the preseason, Crimson Tide head coach Nick Saban singled out redshirt senior linebacker Jamey Mosley and sophomore safety Daniel Wright as the duo two dealing with minor setbacks.

According to Saban, Mosley has a separated shoulder and the team “hopes to have him back for the first game” against Louisville on Sept.
