Ohio State QB says Ty Simpson is his Heisman favorite

Ohio State quarterback, Julian Sayin feels Ty Simpson deserves to be the Heisman Trophy favorite at the moment.

Simpson and Sayin are both in the running for the award as starting signal callers for two of the best teams in college football.

Sayin was once an Alabama signee and early enrollee. He parted ways with the program soon after Nick Saban retired and transferred to Ohio State. He built a relationship with Simpson during the recruiting process, and the pair has remained in contact.

“So when I visited Bama, I visited a few times, and Ty was always my host,” Sayin said when asked who was his Heisman Trophy favorite on the “Downs 2 Business” podcast.
