Welcome back to the Meltdown Thread. It’s truly sad this week was so terribly deprived of good quality football upsets. Because no truly good teams lost this week, especially not in the state of Alabama, we have to settle for some truly embarrassing non-conference losses by lesser SEC schools which truly overperformed their expected melting output.
This is a safe space where we won’t mention a certain game that may or may not have happened in Tuscaloosa. There will be another melt specifically dedicated to that later. One that maybe should include my screams of nearly hitting a deer and busting a tire on my way home from said game.
