Alabama football is expected to get a visit from North Carolina State transfer running back, Hollywood Smoothers, per his agent.
CBS Sports reported on the upcoming visit. Smothers rushed for 939 yards and six touchdowns on 160 carries in 2025 with the Wolf Pack. He also pulled in 37 receptions for another 189 receiving yards.
Alabama has lost one running back to the portal, with Richard Young deciding to depart from the program. Alabama’s featured back, Jam Miller is expected to move on to the NFL along with reserved back, Dre Washington.
