Despite it being a bye week, Alabama head coach Nick Saban provided some news on injured linebacker Drew Sanders during his weekly radio appearance on “Hey Coach.”
When speaking with Eli Gold, Saban said that there is a possibility of Sanders suiting up for the Crimson Tide next week when it welcomes LSU to Bryant-Denny Stadium.
“I think there’s some possibility,” Saban said on Thursday. “I think they’re gonna do some scans on him next week early in the week, and if those work out, he may be able to play in the next game. But they’ve still gotta make sure he’s healed.
