Nick Saban comments on Henry Ruggs’ car wreck resulting in the death of a 23-year-old woman

Earlier this week, former Alabama wide receiver Henry Ruggs was involved in a car wreck in Las Vegas while he was driving under the influence resulting in the death of 23-year-old Tina O. Tintor and her dog. Ruggs now faces felony charges which could result in serving up to 26 years in prison if convicted.

On Wednesday his former head coach Nick Saban commented on the situation.

“Our thoughts and prayers certainly go out to all involved in this tragic situation, especially the victims. Our thoughts and prayers are certainly with them,” Saban said to reporters. “But out thoughts and prayers are also with Henry, his family, and I think this is something that a lot of folks can learn from.
