A preliminary hearing for Baltimore Ravens cornerback Marlon Humphrey on a third-degree robbery charge concluded on Thursday without a ruling on whether there was probable cause to forward the case to a Tuscaloosa County grand jury.
Tuscaloosa County District Court Judge Joanne M. Jannik said she would give further consideration to the testimony from Thursday afternoon's hearing before deciding if probable cause existed to bind over the case to a grand jury or to dismiss the charge. The grand jury would determine if enough evidence exists to issue an indictment against Humphrey.
