Kenyan Drake last back standing for Miami Dolphins

When the 2017 NFL season opened, the Miami Dolphins seemed set at running back. They had Pro Bowler Jay Ajayi as their workhorse, Damien Williams as his sturdy backup and Kenyan Drake as a change-of-pace scatback.

But when Miami plays the Denver Broncos on Sunday, Drake will be the only one of those running backs available. The Dolphins traded Ajayi to the Philadelphia Eagles on Oct. 31, and Williams suffered a shoulder injury in last week's game that will keep him sidelined on Sunday.

"I try to go out in practice and prepare like I'm getting every carry regardless of the situation," Drake said.
