Kalen DeBoer was recently asked what would be considered a successful season for him in year one at Alabama during a one-on-one interview with Lauren Sisler for AL.com.
DeBoer is set to begin his first season as the head football coach at Alabama on Aug. 31 when the Crimson Tide play host to Western Kentucky. This is not the experienced coach’s first time taking over a program which means he is quite familiar with the question.
“I’ve gotten that question each and every time I take over a program, and it’s never gonna be about a win total,” DeBoer said.
