Happy Monday, everyone. We’ll open with Cecil, who as usual has his finger on the pulse. Time for silly talk is over, and with under two weeks to go before fall camp begins (no date has been released from what I can tell, but it will be sometime in the first week of August), Saban and squad can start focusing on the season.
So Saban talks in terms relevant to his own team’s areas of improvement — better preparation, better focus, better chemistry — because that is how you approach the next game. And his job is to beat the next opponent, not discuss how great the last opponent was.
