If it takes a quarterback to know one, then Jalen Hurts is looking at a productive upcoming season.
Former Alabama quarterback and NFL legend Joe Namath shared his thoughts on Nick Saban's quarterback with SEC Country.
Namath, who played at Alabama from 1962-64, expects the Tide's second-year starter to be "sharper" this season.
"I would believe he saw many things last year he never experienced in high school," Namath explained of Hurts' freshman season. "... He may recognize something that's going to happen this season a little bit faster. I think he'll be sharper.
