Jeffress made the comments on the Todd Starnes Radio Show Monday afternoon.
During the discussion on the state of America, Starnes mentioned the SBC’s Statement on Death of George Floyd.
“I have not kept in close contact with what is happening in the Southern Baptist Convention,” Jeffress said with a chuckle.
