It hurts to say it, but this Alabama team does not need to be in the 2025 playoff field. People will argue that they made the SEC Championship Game and should not be punished for losing that game. For those who are falling on that sword, did you watch the game?
Ty Simpson was terrible, the offensive line play was abysmal, and a three-loss team playing like this in December should not hear their name called on Sunday.
