A former Alabama staffer is reportedly back with the Crimson Tide after four years working in the NFL.
Alabama has hired Jake Peetz as an offensive analyst, according to NFL Network.
Peetz, who was an offensive analyst for the Tide in 2013, spent the last three seasons with the Oakland Raiders after a year with the Washington Redskins.
He was the Raiders' quarterbacks coach last season.
Peetz was reportedly set to become the Indianapolis Colts' offensive coordinator, but that fell through when Josh McDaniels backed out of an agreement to become the Colts' head coach in order to remain with the New England Patriots.
