ESPN’s Joe Schad Makes Case For Jake Coker As Alabama’s Starting Quarterback

Coach Nick Saban may not be ready to name a starting quarterback but ESPN’s Joe Schad made the case on Sunday for Jake Coker to get the job.

After the A-Day game on Saturday, Coach Nick Saban cautioned everyone that wants to read too much in to how the quarterbacks performed during the game. Saban said that some of the quarterbacks were in a better position just because of the team they played on had better options.

Coker led the White team with a 27-14 victory over the Crimson team, completing 14 passes on 28 attempts for 183 yards with one touchdown and one interception.
