Everything is set for Thursday as ESPN will announce the Heisman Trophy finalists for this year at 6:30 p.m. CT on Christmas Eve. After the regular season and Southeastern Conference title game performance that Mac Jones, DeVonta Smith and Najee Harris had for the Crimson Tide, all three should be considered as finalists. The trio has Alabama with the SEC’s top scoring offense (49.7 ppg) and No. 2 total offense (543.9 ypg). In terms of the nation, the Tide ranks at Nos. 2 and 5 in both areas.
