Kamieon Compton-Nero is expected to announce a commitment on Nov. 13.
Compton-Nero is a 2028 four-star athlete out of Owasso High School in Oklahoma, and he currently garners a four-star rating from multiple recruiting sites as an athlete. The junior is set to choose between Alabama, Notre Dame, Oklahoma, Ole Miss and SMU.
Alabama hosted the talented player earlier this season, and he walked away impressed with the Crimson Tide.
“I love everything about Alabama; the tradition, the program, the development, school and coaching staff,” Compton-Nero said. “All of those reasons are why, along with Coach (Kalen) DeBoer, (Tony) Jones, and (Kane) Wommack pushing for me to play for Alabama and invest in me and my family.
