The University of Alabama dugout has developed its own superstition during the Crimson Tide's five-game win streak. Each player sits in his spot in a certain order that can't be changed. Freshman reliever Dylan Duarte said they call themselves the "Bench Goblins."
The Crimson Tide kept winning on Sunday, but it was largely thanks to what the Bench Goblins did when they entered the game. The Crimson Tide (6-1) relievers shut down North Dakota (2-4) for the final six innings of a 7-1 win on Sunday to sweep the series against the Fighting Hawks.
