Week three of College Football bowl season brought out the best teams with some savory match-ups. Many were blowouts - some surprising, a few not so surprising.
Cotton Bowl: ALABAMA 38 Michigan State 0
Even the most fervent Tide fan could not have seen this annihilation coming. The Tide dominated Sparty hanging the largest shutout in Cotton Bowl history on the #3 team. MSU had 29 yards rushing and Connor Cook (19-39, 210) threw a pair of picks to go with 8 passes broken up. Jake Coker played the game of his career, including connecting with Calvin Ridley for two touchdowns and going 25-for-30 for a career-best 286 yards.
