Alabama extended an offer to yet another 2021 in-state prospect in 3-Star defensive tackle, Anquin Barnes.
Barnes is a product of Robert E. Lee High School. The Montgomery product garners a 3-Star rating from most recruiting sites and holds five SEC offers. Barnes said he has been wanting an Alabama offer for a long time
“I was excited when they told me,” Barnes said. “I have been waiting to hear that since I was little.”
More than 10 Division 1 schools have offered Barnes, including Georgia, Florida and Auburn.
Alabama has grabbed at least one in-state defensive lineman in the 2019 and 2020 recruiting classes.
