Tua Tagovailoa is sticking up for fellow Alabama quarterback Jalen Hurts.
Tagovailoa, a freshman, replaced the two-year starter and former SEC Offensive Player of the Year Hurts, in the College Football Playoff National Championship Game Presented by AT&T, throwing for three second-half touchdowns in the overtime win over Georgia.
On Wednesday, Tagovailoa sent out this tweet:
Tired of people not appreciating the fact that if this man led us to the National Championship. And for all the fans that are against Jalen, you against me too. You either WITH US or AGAINST US.
