Yesterday, the Big Ten announced that they would play conference games only this season. Today, the Pac 12 followed suit as expected.

This would obviously mean that Alabama’s scheduled season opener against USC is cancelled, and Cecil Hurt confirmed it.
Sources close to the Alabama football program are expecting a cancellation of the Crimson Tide’s September 5 game versus USC, The News has learned.
