TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – The Alabama women's basketball team won its 2015-16 season opener by a score of 96-44 over Alabama A&M on Friday evening in Coleman Coliseum. The Crimson Tide had seven players finish in double figures.
Sophomore Quanetria Bolton recorded the first double-double of her career, scoring a career-high 19 points along with reeling in 10 rebounds. Sophomore Karyla Middlebrook had a complete game with 15 points as well as earning six rebounds and dishing out five assists. Sophomore Hannah Cook also recorded 14 points while senior Khadijah Carter added 13.
