Alabama football plans to incorporate Qua Russaw more on the defensive side of the football as an edge defender against Georgia in the SEC Championship.
Russaw returned from a broken foot against Eastern Illinois after missing a good portion of the season. The Montgomery, Alabama native is set to see his role increase along the Tide’s defensive front with LT Overton and Kelby Collins set to miss Saturday’s game.
“Throughout the year, we’ve rotated a lot across the board on our team, defensively in particular,” DeBoer said on Wednesday.
