Washington Redskins nose tackle Da'Ron Payne recorded the first sack of his career and current NFL and former Alabama teammate Jonathan Allen registered his first two sacks of the 2018 season in a 31-17 victory over the Green Bay Packers on Sunday.
Payne joined Washington as the 13th player picked in the 2018 NFL Draft after the Redskins took Allen with the 17th selection in 2017.
Allen recorded one sack last season before a foot injury in the fifth game ended his rookie campaign.
Allen finished Sunday's game with five tackles and had three quarterback hits.
