Alabama may have found its new Mike linebacker

As time ran down in the fourth quarter Saturday, a teammate walked over and gave Dylan Moses a congratulatory hug on the Alabama sideline.

A coach then did the same. And then another player.

Moses was the star of the Crimson Tide's win over Mercer.

Making his first career start, the five-star freshman recorded 11 tackles, 10 solo stops, four tackles for a loss and an interception. And may have solidified his standing as Alabama's starting Mike linebacker.

"He played phenomenal," safety Hootie Jones said. "I ain't seen no freshman since I've been here play like he was playing tonight.
