Alabama football’s linebacker, Deontae Lawson earned the 2025 media “Good Guy” award for the Crimson Tide.
The award is given to the Alabama football player, who regularly makes himself available for interviews, does so with a positive attitude and gives thoughtful answers to reporters’ questions. The award is voted on by reporters, who cover Alabama on a daily basis.
Two Touchdown Alabama reporters voted on the award alongside reporters from BamaOnLine, Bama 247, AL.com, Bama Central, The Tuscaloosa News, Tide 100.9, ABC 33/40, Yea Alabama and WBRC 6.
BamaOnLine’s Charlie Potter presented the award to Lawson.
