Alabama LB Dylan Moses ‘excited’ to work with David Ballou and Dr. Rhea

Has Nick Saban killed two birds with one stone?

It appears to look that way. Alabama is expected to bring on David Ballou and Dr. Matt Rhea from Indiana to improve its strength and conditioning program. With the success both guys have in modern sports science and conditioning athletes, media pundits are referring to the move as a “homerun hire” for the Crimson Tide.

Upon hearing the news, Dylan Moses is very excited.

A native of Baton Rouge, La., the talented linebacker and former five-star did not play last season because of a knee injury.

Along with him getting a second chance at his junior year, Moses will be reunited with his coaches from IMG Academy.
