The battle to replace Andy Pappanastos as the Crimson Tide kicker is moving into Saturday's second scrimmage without much resolution. Redshirt freshman Joseph Bulovas and Temple transfer Austin Jones are the two involved in this one.
"We've got really good competition in the kicking game, which I think is very good," Nick Saban said. "Both guys have done very, very well. It's a very close competition. I think the combination of those two guys can be very effective for us in some way, shape or form.
