Sometimes an added value in an Alabama Football roster is little noticed. An old theorem about college football is what separates great teams from good teams is more the next 22 or so players, below the starters on a depth chart. Old or not, the premise still holds true, especially on the defensive line, outside linebackers, wide receivers, running backs and tight ends.
Alabama Football is so blessed with talent any one of a group of 50-60 players can break through in a season, a game and sometimes even with an individual play.
