Jayden Wayne is one of the top defensive line prospects in the 2023 recruiting class and looks to be one of Alabama football’s top targets.
Wayne is a product of Lincoln High School in Tacoma, Washington. He garners a five-star rating on most recruiting sites and holds more than 30 D1 offers. Alabama football extended an offer to Wayne in May and was one of the first programs to host him in June.
The Crimson Tide’s coaching staff made sure Wayne knew how interested they were in him when the clock struck midnight on the first day in September, which was the first day that D1 college coaches were able to initiate contact with 2023 prospects.
