The global pandemic hindered the University of Alabama from having its annual Pro Day in 2020, but the event is scheduled to return this year.
According to a report from Chase Goodbread of NFL.com, the Crimson Tide will have its pro day on March 23.
During the event, players that have declared for the NFL Draft perform various drills for pro scouts and teams. The exercises include bench press, broad jump, vertical jump, 40-yard dash, 3-cone drill, 20-yard shuttle, and 60-yard shuttle. When it comes to positional workouts, each player has to display the technique, form, and consistency to excel in the role.
