Nick started out complimenting the players for their work Monday. He said Wednesday was different. Too many players had a “Poor Me” attitude. Some were bothered by the heat while in full pads. Some had aches and pains. Others were tired. Apparently, the situation was ripe for a Saban ‘teaching them up session.’
Saban explained mental toughness cannot be achieved by only doing what you “feel like doing.
