Following a 42-13 victory in the Iron Bowl last weekend, the Alabama coaching staff has named eight Players of the Week.
The staff selected three players of offense which included quarterback Mac Jones, running back Najee Harris and wide receiver DeVonta Smith. Defensively it was broke down to linebacker Christopher Allen, defensive backs Patrick Surtain, Josh Jobe, and Malachi Moore along with linebacker Christian Harris.
Jobe was also honored as a player of the week for his special teams contributions throughout the game.
OFFENSE
Najee Harris
- Found the end zone from 39 yards out, making the cut at the line before outrunning the Auburn defense
Mac Jones
- Totaled a career-high five touchdown passes to tie the all-time record for passing touchdowns in an Iron Bowl
- Averaged 16.
