ICYMI: Alabama Football Goes To The White House For 4th Time
The Alabama baseball team traveled to Cary, NC this weekend for the USA Baseball-Irish Classic. The boys from Tuscaloosa had a slate of four games and came about just about as good as you can, only dropping one game during the three-day event.
The Tide got things going on Friday with a 4-0 win over the Notre Dame Fighting Irish. Geoffrey Bramblett tossed 8 complete innings in the shutout. Bramblett only allowed the Irish five hits, striking out six and issuing no walks.
