A heavy favorite, but Alabama's Hurts is the real story against ULL

As a 48-point favorite against the Ragin' Cajuns of Louisiana, Alabama's game Saturday in Bryant-Denny Stadium isn't must-see TV.

It's an open date. It's an opportunity for fans of the top-ranked Crimson Tide who don't ordinarily have tickets to pick up some on the cheap. We're talking maybe $12 for upper level on StubHub to under $50 on the 50.

It's an 11 a.m. kickoff for goodness sakes.

To avoid as much rat poisoning as possible, however, we'll accentuate the positive.

This is Alabama's fifth game and because the point spread suggests a beatdown of 1-2 Louisiana-Lafayette, what are the chances of the Tide starters playing more than a half?
