A-Days of the Nick Saban coaching era

A-Day 2007 – White defeats Crimson, 20-13, in front of 92,138 in Nick Saban’s A-Day debut. MVP DJ Hall had five catches for 87 yards and a touchdown.

Saban: "I'd like to thank all of our fans, who made this a really special day today. To have as many people as we had here today is a great self-gratification for the players... it certainly makes me feel great about being here as a coach."

Year’s end: Nick Saban won his first bowl game as the Alabama head coach, defeating Colorado 30-24 at the Independence Bowl and finished with a first year record of 7-6.
